Deglet Nour Dates the treasure of Tunisia

Dates are popular for their advantages, distinct and

precious perfume and golden color. The harvest of dates works with a clean ecological procedure in the southern oasis of Tunisia, thanks to the dry hot clime of this region the palm trees can develop perfect dates.

Deglet Nour dates are only harvested during two months, during july and august the dates are green and calls „Balah“ which also can be consumed. To get the typical golden color and the unique flavor, the harvest has to take time till october and november.
