PE-HD / PE-LD

Packaging waste made of HDPE and PP, on the other hand, is the primary material for compounds. The incoming material is primarily delivered in the form of pressed bales.

All contaminants that could disturb the preparation process are removed during the examination for impurities. This is followed by grinding, in some cases multi-stage, to make regrinds and several washing, cleaning and separation processes. Subsequently, the clean regrinds are mechanically dried.

Even now the resulting product can already be processed in the plastics industry as a substitute for virgin plastics.
